All rates are Bed and Breakfast rates.

These rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to an 8% state sales tax and a 10% service charge.

Modified American Plan [MAP] add $26 per person. MAP includes dinner and breakfast with each night's stay. MAP rates are subject to an 8% sales tax and a 15% service charge.

Single occupancy rates:

Winter/Summer $69, Foliage $80, Off Season $52.

Extra person rates:Winter/Summer $28, Foliage $35, Off Season $20

Holidays and vacation weeks:

Use Winter/Summer rates.

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance deposit. Cash preferred. MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover accepted.

Cancellation policy: 15 or more days prior to arrival, full refund less a $10 cancellation fee. Cancellation within 15 days will result in your advance deposit being applied towards a future stay, if you call at least 24 hours prior to check in time of 3PM. This is good for one year. Cancellation within the 24 hours or failure to show, your advance deposit will be forfeited.

Check in/out time: Check-in is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11AM.

Breakfast from 8AM to 9:30AM.
