New England INN & Lodges Cancellation Policy:
- 15 Days or more Prior to Arrival: If you cancel for any reason, or no reason, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 dollar cancellation fee
- Within 15 Days of Arrival: If you cancel for any reason or no reason, we will hold your deposit. It can be applied to a future stay, but the deposit must be applied to a new reservation and used within 12 months. After 12 months, the deposit will be forfeited.
- Within 72 Hours of Arrival: If you cancel for any reason or no reason, your deposit will be forfeited. Additionally, any funds paid towards your reservation will not be refunded.
- Modifications and Rebooking: If you cancel outside of 72 hours but wish to reserve another date, we are happy to apply your full deposit towards a future reservation. Please note that all reservation modifications include a $50 service fee.
- No Shows or Late arrivals/ Early Departure: If you do not arrive on the scheduled date, or if you leave earlier than planned, your reservation will be considered a late cancellation, and you will be charged the full rate for each night reserved.
- Day of Booking Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your reservation within the same day of confirming it, you will have until 10:00 p.m. to cancel without penalties.
- Automatic Cancellation Notice: All cancellations generate an automatic cancellation notice. if you haven't received a cancellation notice from us, your reservation has not been canceled. We are only able to confirm cancellation via phone.
- Reservation Modifications by Us: We reserve the right to modify any reservation or pricing 15 days or more before your arrival. if you do not accept any changes we request, you will receive a full refund, and no cancellation fee will apply.
- No Refunds for reservations Made Within 14 days of Arrival: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date.
Sandy Creek Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Prior to Arrival: If you cancel your reservation 14 days or more prior to your arrival due to any reason or no reason, we will refund your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee.
- Within 14 Days of Arrival: If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your scheduled arrival, the full stay will be forfeited.
- Modifications and Rebooking: If you wish to modify your reservation outside of the 14-day window, a $50 adjustment fee will apply.
